- Venue capacity up to 300 pax (Standing Party) and 150 pax (Theater Style) - Venue duration: 4 hours (additional hours available at IDR 1.000,000/hour) - High ceiling venue: 3.2 meters with size 10m x 17.58m - Catering service available for 2 hours with continuous refill based on ordered pax - Decoration setup and loading can be arranged H-1 with hotel coordination - Includes 1x technical meeting with Hotel NEO Tendean team - Hotel crew assistance during event (1 person) - Complimentary makeup room for 3 hours - Complimentary food tasting for 2 pax after DP payment - Free parking for 5 cars + valet service with minimum booking of 200 pax - Additional pax confirmation required H-3 before event - External food & beverage charges apply: - Snack/Stall: IDR 500,000/stall - Alcohol: IDR 500,000/bottle (Beer: IDR 500,000/box) - Electricity usage for additional band: IDR 1.000,000/event - Client is responsible for any damage caused during the event Payment Terms - Minimum 30% deposit required to secure the date - Full payment required H-7 before event - Free reschedule up to H-20 before event - Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable
