Terms & Conditions

• Venue capacity: Up to 300 pax for standing party and 150 pax for theater setup.
• Venue dimensions: Ceiling height 3.2 meters, width 10 meters, and length 17.58 meters.
• Venue usage is limited to 4 hours at Hotel Neo Tendean. Any additional hours will be charged at IDR 600,000/hour.
• Catering service will be provided for 2 (two) hours according to the agreed schedule. Food calculation will be based on the number of pax/plates ordered.
• Food will be continuously refilled as long as the plate allocation has not reached the ordered pax. Once the allocated number of plates has been fulfilled, the catering service will be considered completed even if there is remaining service time.
• Decoration setup and loading of event materials are allowed on D-1 (one day before the event) and must be coordinated with the hotel team.
• Any damages caused by the client will be the client's responsibility.
  Example: If the client damages the lighting equipment, replacement charges will apply.
• One-time technical meeting with Hotel Neo Tendean is included.
• One hotel crew member will be assigned during the event.
• Hotel crew will be available 30 minutes before the event starts.
• Bringing outside food and beverages will be subject to additional charges:
  • Snack/Stall: IDR 500,000 per stall
  • Alcohol: IDR 500,000 per bottle
  • Beer: IDR 500,000 per box
• Complimentary makeup room usage for 3 hours.
• Complimentary parking for 5 cars with free valet service for bookings of 200 pax and above.
• Bookings of 300 pax and above will be divided into 2 sessions with a total duration of 6 hours.
• Additional pax must be confirmed at least H-3 (three days before the event).
• Complimentary food tasting for 2 pax is available after the down payment (DP) has been received.
• Electricity usage charge: IDR 500,000/event (for additional band/performance requirements).

Payment Terms

• Minimum 30% down payment (DP) is required to secure and lock the event date.
• Full payment must be completed no later than H-7 (seven days before the event).
• Free rescheduling is allowed up to H-20 (twenty days before the event).
• Cancellation policy: The down payment is non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.
